Contact & Return Procedure

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. 

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and quick process:

First send an Email:
Email us at info@weltershelter.com with the following details

- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- The expected date of shipment for your return

Please note: This email is for our records only, and you will not receive a response. After sending this email, you can proceed with the next step.

Ship Your Return: Send your package to the return address provided below. Please make sure to add a note, or the packing slip, so that we know of what order the return is. Our system will automatically process your return once we receive your package—no further action is needed from your side.

When returning goods by mail please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value.

Keep Your Tracking Info: Please keep your tracking number and receipt as proof of shipment, as this is essential in case of any issues with the return.

Please note: We do not provide a return label, so the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. This applies to both the original shipping cost for your order and the return-shipping cost. Any additional costs that follow returned goods we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
